After the age of 30, our bodies begin losing muscle mass. Low amounts of lean muscle are associated with obesity, increased ageing and increased risk of death. Higher proportions of lean muscle are associated with lower body fat, improved cardiovascular health, slower aging and decreased risk factors. That’s why lean muscle is so important.

Our goal is to reach muscle failure. Then prioritise recovery.
Not all reps are built the same! Our expert trainers will guide and challenge you through all three phases of a single repetition, with greater emphasis put on the eccentric (lengthening) part of the exercise.
Yes, it makes it more challenging than a traditional rep that just focuses on the concentric phase – but that’s how we achieve better results in less time per week. And don’t worry, we will tailor exercises and reps to your goals, abilities, fitness levels and injuries – in a personalized group training environment.
